Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and garden upkeep. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our landscaping team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize power tools and equipment for various landscaping tasks, ensuring safe operation at all times.
• Dig, plant, and maintain gardens, ensuring healthy growth of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months as needed to maintain accessibility to properties.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete landscaping projects on time and according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating power tools and equipment effectively.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
