Landscape Laborer

NOW HIRING: Innovative Landscapes, LLC is a locally owned, full-service landscaping company servicing Central Minnesota and we are looking to add landscape laborers to join our landscape installation crew - expected to start in the next 2 weeks.

Laborer

• Previous Lawn Care and Landscaping experience. Work mainly with landscape installation but versatility to do both.
• Self-motivated, attention to detail, follows directions but can also learn new tasks quickly.
• Work within a team environment but also able to work independently.
• Ability to lift 75lbs throughout the workday.
• Valid driver’s licenses, clean record & reliable transportation to and from work. Must be punctual and show up to work on time every day including being on time for earlier morning start times (6am/7am).
• Comfortable with long hours to meet project deadlines.
• Competitive pay, possibility for additional on-call hours during winter based on snow removal needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
