Paradise Palms is growing and looking to add dependable, motivated team members to our landscape crew. We specialize in high-end outdoor projects and take pride in delivering clean, detailed work for every client.

This role focuses on plant installation and irrigation, with the opportunity to expand into pool construction and paver installation for those who show initiative and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

• Install plants, trees, and sod with attention to detail
• Assist with irrigation systems (trenching, pipe installation, sprinkler heads)
• Perform site prep, grading, and job site cleanup
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Landscaping or irrigation experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Shows up on time and ready to work each day
• Takes pride in doing clean, quality work
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
