Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to garden maintenance, tree care, and overall landscape enhancement. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Assist in mulching, decorative stone spreading, etc.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain equipment by performing basic mechanical checks and repairs as needed.
• Execute snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.d.
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with tree care practices and garden maintenance techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is advantageous.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
