Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, digging, and installing landscape features
• Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
• Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system maintenance to ensure lush, thriving lawns
• Contribute to tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Help with snow plowing and removal during winter months to maintain safe access to properties
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly for optimal performance and safety

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or similar machinery
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
• Ability to follow safety protocols while operating equipment like snow plows or power tools
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in construction and landscape projects
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, or hardscape installation is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous for job site access

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
