We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in installing and maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain beautiful and functional. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and watering plants, trees, and lawns.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment, such as shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows.
• Perform general lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and removing debris.
• Support the installation of landscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of plants, tools, and landscaping techniques (training will be provided).
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to follow directions and learn from supervisors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
