Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees using hand tools and power tools to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing irrigation systems to support healthy landscape development.
• Operate construction equipment such as excavators and other machinery safely for site preparation and hardscape installation.
• Maintain lawns and gardens through mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and snow plowing during seasonal changes to keep outdoor spaces pristine year-round.
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and landscape health.
• Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct regular inspections of landscape areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is highly desirable.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
