Responsibilities

• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects
• Support the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements
• Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety
• Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients
• Assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated learners
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care and tree trimming enhances your contribution to our team
• Experience with snow plowing equipment or irrigation systems is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping, hardscape installation, and site maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
