Landscape Laborer

Job Title: Landscaping Helper Company: I Do Care Landscaping Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $15-18 an hour depending on experience Position Overview: I Do Care Landscaping is looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist with a wide range of outdoor and indoor construction and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team under the direction of a foreman or supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general landscaping maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Perform yard clean-ups, debris removal, and hauling Help with irrigation repairs and installation (PVC, drip systems, troubleshooting leaks) Support gravel work, spreading, leveling, and site preparation Assist with xeriscaping projects (rock layouts, weed barrier installation, desert landscape design) Perform basic drywall, stucco, and sheetrock work as needed Assist with plumbing tasks (minor repairs, digging trenches, pipe installation) Operate or assist with bobcat and other equipment (training provided if needed) Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements: Must be dependable and show up on time every day Ability to drive a truck with a trailer (required) Valid driver’s license required Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, etc.) Willingness to learn new skills across multiple trades Basic knowledge of landscaping or construction preferred (not required) Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed) 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation & Growth: Pay: $17 per hour Opportunities for raises and advancement (crew leader, foreman) based on performance and skill development Why Work With Us: At I Do Care Landscaping, we take pride in doing quality work across many trades.
