Landscape Laborer

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily outdoor property maintenance, enhancement, and installation projects. You will work as part of a crew to ensure our clients' residential or commercial properties are pristine, healthy, and beautifully maintained.

Property Maintenance: Perform routine lawn care and grounds maintenance including mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, brush clearing).

Hardscape Assistance (As Needed): Assist with the preparation and installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, or drainage solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous experience in professional landscaping, lawn maintenance, or construction is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and walking in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).

Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a positive attitude with a commitment to doing quality work.

Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from the Crew Leader or Management.

License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (preferred, especially if operating company trucks).

Job Types: Temporary, Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
