Landscape Maintenance Coordinator

Great landscapes don’t happen by accident—they happen when planning, people, and execution line up. We’re hiring a Landscape Maintenance Coordinator to be the connective tissue between our crews, clients, and leadership team.
This role is for someone who likes order, clear expectations, and seeing a well-run operation in motion. You’ll help ensure our maintenance work is completed correctly, on schedule, and to the standard our clients expect.
You’ll have real responsibility, real visibility, and a real voice in how our maintenance operations run.
Operations & Crew Management
- Oversee and lead multiple maintenance crews across commercial and residential properties
- Ensure timely and professional upkeep of all landscapes, including plant health, turf care, trash removal, walkways (including bird droppings), and overall cleanliness
- Schedule, train, and mentor crew members and field employees
- Manage daily crew reports, timesheets, and job costing
- Ensure job site safety and quality standards are always met or exceeded
Client & Administrative Management
- Serve as the point of contact for client needs, updates, and service improvements
- Maintain accurate client records, schedules, service notes, and requests
- Estimate and invoice all maintenance services, including snow removal and extra seasonal work
- Track and manage profitability of jobs and customer satisfaction metrics
Design & Innovation
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to create or revise landscape plans for existing maintenance clients
- Offer value-add solutions and upsell services based on site evaluations and client goals
- Ensure all paperwork, proposals, and estimates are clear, timely, and professionally delivered
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or operations management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of horticulture, landscape equipment, and maintenance practices
- Experience with job costing, estimating, and invoicing (snow removal experience a plus)
- Ability to read and/or create landscape designs and enhancement proposals
- Tech-savvy with basic office software and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Lunch 12:00 – 12:30 PM, Office Work 12:30 – 4:30 PM; 8 hour days and 40 hour work weeks

Pay: $21.00 - $27.85 per hour
