Job Summary

The Landscaping Crew Lead / Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising field crews while delivering superior lawn care and landscape maintenance services. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Services’ quality standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and supervise crews to ensure safe operations and high-quality service
• Drive company truck and perform daily vehicle inspections
• Verify and submit crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlines
• Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely job completion
• Serve as a point of contact between crew members and management

Requirements

• Valid Class D Driver’s License and ability to meet Premier Services’ driver eligibility and insurability guidelines
  
• Experience in lawn care, horticultural services, and landscape maintenance best practices
• Previous experience leading small crews as a working Foreman
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekends
• Ability to communicate and conduct business professionally at all times

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, and grasping
• Ability to lift and carry
  50+ lbs
