Landscape Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Manager with a strong background in horticulture and softscape management. This role is responsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations, managing crews, ensuring high-quality service, and identifying opportunities for upselling enhancements to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise landscape maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and team performance.
• Provide horticultural expertise in maintaining softscape elements, including plant health, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal planting.
• Identify and recommend softscape enhancements and improvements to clients.
• Prepare proposals and quotes for enhancement and upsell opportunities.
• Train team members on proper horticultural practices, tools use, and customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks in accordance with client contracts and seasonal needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service performance, needs, and upgrades.
• Monitor and manage budgets, materials, and labor costs.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams for project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in landscaping or facilities management in UAE.
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple projects.Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, landscaping techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
