Required Business Development Manager - Landscaping

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

In order to propel growth and broaden our clientele in the landscaping industry, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager. This position entails finding new company prospects, cultivating clientele, and creating plans to boost our market share and earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Create and carry out plans to boost company expansion and market share.
  • Find and approach new clients and business prospects in the landscaping sector.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • To land new projects and contracts, make proposals, negotiate, and give sales presentations.
  • Recognize the needs of your clients and offer landscaping solutions that are tailored to their specifications.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective business development and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Marketing and Branding:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our landscaping services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage promotional materials, online content, and advertising.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the landscaping industry.
  • Strong understanding of the landscaping market and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Should have UAE Driving license & own car
