What You’ll Do

• Perform weekly lawn mowing and trimming
• Edge beds and sidewalks
• Complete spring and fall cleanups
• Operate blowers, mowers, trimmers, edgers, and sprayers
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Report jobsite or equipment issues to management
• Work safely and efficiently to meet daily goals
• Assist with winter snow removal services as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well with a team
• Ability to follow direction and meet company standards
• Valid driver’s license required
• Desire for long-term employment and growth

Pay

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and overall knowledge of the position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work up to 12 hours per day during peak season
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Ability to stay on your feet throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shift
• 10-hour shift
• Overtime may be available during peak season
