Job Summary:
Noles Scapes is looking for dependable and hardworking crew members to join our landscape maintenance team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position maintaining residential and commercial properties. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and can keep properties looking clean, sharp, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Weed removal and general bed maintenance
• Pruning shrubs and small trees
• Mulching and general landscape clean-ups
• Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Working as part of a team to complete daily job routes
• Keeping equipment clean and in good working condition

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor daily
• Strong work ethic and reliability (show up on time, ready to work)
• Positive attitude and team player
• Experience preferred but not required — willing to train
