Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines routine lawn maintenance and property cleanups. The ideal candidate is versatile, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with residential and commercial property cleanups (seasonal and as-needed)
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Work alongside crews as well as independently, depending on the task
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and meet quality standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping and lawn maintenance.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is required
