Landscape Manager

Overview

Purpose of the Role

To lead the end-to-end management of a3 million square meterlandscaped area within the prestigious project. This role ensures the highest standards in landscape aesthetics, sustainability, and service delivery-while maintaining strong alignment with client expectations and contractual KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Overseedaily operationsacross soft-soaping, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance.
• Drive thedevelopment and implementationof innovative landscaping enhancement plans.
• Maintainstrict adherence to aesthetic and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Coordinate withinternal departments and subcontractorsto ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain professional relationships withclient representativesthrough transparent communication.
• Ensure compliance withcontractual KPIsand service delivery SLAs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Saudi Nationality-mandatory as per client requirements.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience inlandscape managementwithinfacility managementorlarge-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain large outdoor landscaped areas ideally exceeding1 million m .
• Strong technical expertise inhorticulture, irrigation systems, and landscaping maintenance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in managingon-the-ground teamsand coordinating subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills;proficiency in Englishis preferred.
