Landscape Project Engineer

Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of landscape projects from concept to completion.

The Landscape Engineer will ensure high-quality design, effective implementation, and timely delivery of softscape and hardscape works in line with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape design drawings, master plans, detailed layouts, and technical specifications.
• Develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions for softscape and hardscape.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to finalize design concepts.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material selection aligned with project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and environmental sustainability practices.

Build / Execution Responsibilities

• Oversee site implementation of approved landscape designs.
• Supervise construction activities including hardscape, irrigation, and planting works.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and workmanship.
• Prepare progress reports, site inspections, and snag lists.
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for materials, plants, and equipment.

General Duties

• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and government authorities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, tenders, and presentations.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
