Landscape Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead and execute diverse landscaping initiatives with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of landscape projects from initial design concepts through final installation and maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate teams of landscapers, horticulturists, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation, and tree care.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement of materials to optimize resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil conditions, drainage, and environmental factors influencing landscaping efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices across all project phases.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance on landscaping solutions that align with their goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supervising landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or related construction activities.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, lawn care practices, and tree care management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance as well as general landscape construction methods.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
