Landscape project manager - civil engineer

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (UAE Landscape Experience Preferred)
License: Valid UAE Driving License Required

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in landscape projects to manage and execute outdoor developments. The candidate will oversee project planning, site execution, and coordination to ensure high-quality delivery of landscaping works within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute landscape, swimming pool, and outdoor construction projects
• Supervise site activities including softscape and hardscape works (planting, irrigation, paving, outdoor lighting, etc.)
• Oversee swimming pool construction works including excavation, waterproofing, MEP coordination, tiling, filtration systems, and testing & commissioning
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and project specifications
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety standards
• Manage materials procurement and logistics
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and handover reports
• Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in UAE landscape projects (preferred)
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Project/Excel preferred)
• Good understanding of site execution and project management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in villa, commercial, or public realm landscaping projects
• Knowledge of authority approvals and regulations in UAE
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
