Landscape Residential Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Landscape Project Manager to oversee residential landscaping construction projects in the Irving, Texas area. This role is responsible for directing field activities, managing installation teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards from beginning to end.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in residential landscape construction, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to keep multiple crews aligned while delivering high-quality results for homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for residential landscape construction projects
  • Lead landscape installation crews as well as subcontractor teams
  • Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in line with company quality standards
  • Interpret and work from landscape plans, blueprints, and construction drawings
  • Supervise installation of landscaping, irrigation systems, drainage, lighting, hardscape, and outdoor living elements
  • Perform regular site visits and quickly resolve field-related issues
  • Communicate project updates and progress with project managers, designers, and clients
  • Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with company safety policies
  • Track labor usage, materials, and overall project progress
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites at all times
  • Support training and development of field staff
  • Help ensure a positive client experience throughout the duration of each project

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential landscape construction or field supervision
  • Strong knowledge of landscape installation, irrigation systems, drainage, grading, and hardscape work
  • Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors in the field
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Education

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
