Landscape Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead on-site execution for a premium villa landscaping project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in softscape and hardscape works, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering quality results on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities on-site
• Implement landscape designs including planting, irrigation, turfing, and hardscape elements
• Manage labor teams, equipment, and material logistics
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards
• Liaise with project managers and clients for updates and issue resolution
• Maintain site records and progress reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping supervision (UAE experience preferred)
• Proven track record in villa or residential landscaping projects
• Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and BOQs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety protocols
