Job Purpose:
The Site Supervisor – Civil & Landscape is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of civil and landscaping works, including hardscape, softscape, and irrigation coordination. The role ensures that all activities are carried out as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Supervisor will also coordinate with the MEP team and subcontractors to ensure smooth and timely integration of MEP-related work in the landscape scope.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of
civil and landscape works
, including earthworks, paving, retaining walls, kerbs, planting, and finishing works.

Coordinate with
irrigation teams
to ensure proper interface with landscape works and timely installation of irrigation networks.

Liaise with
MEP supervisors
for lighting, drainage, pump room, and water feature-related activities that integrate into landscape zones.

Interpret and execute construction activities in line with approved
shop drawings, specifications, and method statements

Conduct
site inspections
and ensure that all materials and workmanship meet quality standards and project requirements.

Organize manpower, materials, and machinery to maintain
workflow and project schedule
.

Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with
HSE regulations and site safety protocols

Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports and escalate site issues to the Project Manager for resolution.

Support the QA/QC team with inspection requests, redlines/as-built updates, and final handover documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
-
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum
5–7 years of site-based experience
in landscape and infrastructure projects, including civil works, irrigation coordination, and interface with MEP elements.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:

Good understanding of
landscape construction
, hardscape materials, and site levels.

Ability to read and interpret
construction drawings, BOQs, and site layout plans
.

Knowledge of basic
irrigation and MEP systems
as they relate to landscape integration.

Familiarity with
planting techniques
and softscape installation procedures is an advantage.
