Location: Front & Back of House (All Landscaping Areas)

Reports to: Engineering Head / Hotel & Beach Club Manager

Join our luxury resort team as a Landscape Supervisor and lead the transformation of our outdoor spaces. We're seeking a passionate professional with:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in landscaping at a 5-star resort
• Diploma in a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in landscape systems and maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscape operations and team performance
• Plan and execute maintenance, repairs, and green initiatives
• Monitor plant health, soil, and irrigation systems
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high aesthetic standards
• Champion sustainability and energy efficiency projects
