Job Purpose:
The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site landscape works to ensure that construction, maintenance, and handover activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, materials, and daily site activities while maintaining high levels of safety, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:

Supervise and manage daily landscape construction and maintenance activities, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and related works.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project schedules.

Lead, assign, and monitor site labor, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve daily and weekly productivity targets.

Coordinate irrigation system installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials and report any defects or non-conformities.

Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and site safety standards.

Prepare and submit daily site reports, manpower reports, and progress updates to management.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Consultants regarding site issues, inspections, and approvals.

Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools, equipment, plants, and materials on site.
Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Landscaping, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of
5–10 years
of experience in landscape execution and/or maintenance projects.

Strong technical knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.

Proven ability to manage site teams, technicians, and subcontractors effectively.

Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Valid driving license.

Prior experience in GCC projects (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar) is a strong advantage.
