Landscape Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee and manage landscaping operations within our Facilities Management projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure the maintenance, enhancement, and sustainability of outdoor spaces while leading a team to deliver high-quality landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily landscaping activities including planting, irrigation, turf management, and grounds maintenance
• Ensure all landscape works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and safety standards
• Manage and coordinate landscaping teams, contractors, and subcontractors
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on landscape conditions and improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in landscaping, preferably within the Facilities Management industry
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape maintenance techniques
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/projects

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
