Landscaping Technician

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Technician to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces including lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas. This position focuses on landscape maintenance, plant care, irrigation upkeep, and ensuring outdoor environments remain clean, safe, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys working outdoors, and can collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality landscaping services.

Duties:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns and grassy areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Plant, maintain, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elements
• Water, fertilize, and monitor plant health to promote proper growth
• Install, inspect, and maintain irrigation systems
• Prune and shape trees and plants to maintain appearance and health
• Remove debris, leaves, and waste to maintain clean outdoor spaces
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Assist with the installation of new landscape and hardscape projects
• Maintain landscaping tools and equipment in safe working condition
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress
• Provide excellent service when interacting with clients or property managers

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1–2 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
