Location: Chalfont, PA | Full-Time | Year-Round Work

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing using professional-grade equipment
• Assist in the installation of plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, topsoil, and other landscaping materials
• Help with seasonal tasks including spring and fall cleanups, leaf removal, and snow preparation
• Maintain flower beds, trim hedges, and remove weeds to keep properties looking their best
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow direction from crew leaders and ensure work is completed on time and to company standards
• Support other crews or divisions (tree work, plant health care, etc.) as needed
• Clean up job sites at the end of each day and perform equipment maintenance checks

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, rain, and cold
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the day
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player who can follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Valid PA driver’s license required
• Willingness to grow in the company and possibly move into higher-level roles over time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
