Landscape Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This job requires daily outdoor physical labor in a team environment with some light equipment operation. Must be able to both follow and lead in a team setting. Prior knowledge of the industry is highly valued, but not required.

Duties:

- Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as leaf blowing, weeding, and pruning
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Skills:
- Prior knowledge of the industry is highly valued, but not required.
- Proficient in landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills to work with team members
