Landscape Technician
Full-Time | $24.50–$28 per hour (DOE)
4-Day Workweek | Excellent Benefits | Year-Round Employment

We’re a small, tight-knit landscaping crew that loves plants, nature, and beautiful outdoor spaces. We're seeking a hardworking, experienced landscaper with horticultural and fine gardening expertise to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform landscape maintenance and fine gardening tasks
• Operate gas-powered equipment and lift heavy materials
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Communicate with clients and team members clearly and professionally
• Make thoughtful recommendations for landscape improvements
• Drive to and from job sites (ability to drive an Isuzu dump truck is a big plus)

Who You Are:

• Experienced in landscaping, horticulture, and fine gardening
• Loyal, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive, adaptable, and a team player
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
• Physically capable of labor-intensive work
• Able to read, write, and speak English (bilingual a plus)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Experience with hardscape a plus!

Schedule:

• Full-time (4 ten-hour days, Monday–Thursday)
• Year-round work
• Enjoy 3-day weekends every week
