Job Summary:
The Landscaper will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape maintenance and installation tasks. This role requires someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and perennials as per landscape designs
- Operate equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
Mulching, weeding, and bed maintenance
Install and maintain hardscape features such as edging and small pathways
Knowledge of Snow Plowing
Assist with seasonal tasks, including spring/fall cleanups, snow removal (if applicable), and leaf cleanup
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications:
2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude
- Must live within 12 miles of West Chester
Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license preferred (required for driver positions)
