What You'll Do:

• Maintain the facility’s grounds by mowing lawns, trimming, edging walkways, and pruning trees and shrubs 
• Rake leaves, remove litter, plant and water greenery, and repair or paint outdoor structures such as fences and walkways
• Clean drainage areas, sharpen landscaping tools, and perform minor equipment repairs
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards
• Create and maintain a clean, welcoming outdoor environment for residents and visitors

What You'll Need:

• 2-3 years of related experience and/or training in groundskeeping, including pool and spa maintenance (required)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent use of hands for handling, grasping, and fine motor tasks
• Ability to reach with hands and arms and perform physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed
• Capacity to occasionally climb or maintain balance
• Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
