Job Overview
Local Landscape is a growing design-build company focused on high-quality installs — from patios and retaining walls to plantings and full outdoor transformations. We’re a young, motivated team looking to add a Landscape Foreman and Hardscape Foreman who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow with us.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. You’ll be leading projects, building real work, and working alongside a crew that takes pride in what we do. If you show up, work hard, and want to be part of a solid team with room to advance, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily jobsite operations for landscape and/or hardscape projects
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, and other hardscape features
• Execute planting layouts, mulch installs, grading, and softscape work with attention to detail
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, saws, and laser levels safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret site plans, elevations, and layout marks
• Keep jobs on track, organized, and moving efficiently day to day
• Load, unload, and manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Communicate with team members and ownership to solve problems and keep projects moving
• Train and lead crew members, setting the tone on-site

Experience / Requirements

• Experience in landscape construction and/or hardscape installation
• Strong knowledge of patios, retaining walls, drainage, and general landscape installs
• Comfortable running equipment
• Ability to read plans and understand layout, grading, and elevations
• Leadership mindset with the ability to run a small crew
• Reliable, on time, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Valid driver’s license (trailer experience is a big plus)
• Takes pride in clean, high-quality work

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
