Job Overview
Turf Bunny Lawn and Landscape is a growing landscaping company serving Clifton Park and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Leader to lead a mowing crew and ensure high-quality work on every job.

Duties

• Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping technicians to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
• Drive and truck and trailer.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Train and guide crew members.
• Conduct inspections of ongoing work to guarantee quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate with management regarding job progress and issues.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance roles
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, and lawn care.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments
• Experience in supervising multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively
• Be able to drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
