Landscaping Crew Member

LANDSCAPING CREW MEMBER / LABORER
Full-Time Position

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscaping Crew Member to join our growing team!

This is NOT a mowing and maintenance position. We specialize in installing new landscaping and rejuvenating existing landscapes. Our work includes landscape renovations, sod installation, plant installation, and other outdoor projects.

Requirements:

· Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED

· Must be reliable and punctual

· Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

· Must be able to perform physically demanding labor

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Must communicate professionally

Experience Preferred But Not Required:

· Operating Bobcats / skid steers

· Sod cutters

· Landscape equipment

· Trailer experience

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take pride in their work. Long days may sometimes be required depending on project schedules.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time Monday–Thursday
Schedule: Typically 10-hour shifts
