Landscaping Crew Member

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine lawn care and general landscape maintenance
• Trim grass, hedges, and shrubs to keep properties looking sharp
• Assist with mulch installation and seasonal yard projects
• Take on a variety of hands-on outdoor tasks depending on the job

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to handle physical work and stay active throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and be part of a dependable team
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is helpful

Schedule:

• Part-time hours with the opportunity to move into full-time work

Pay:

• $15–$22 per hour, based on experience
• Opportunities for raises as you grow with the team
