Landscaping Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts for villas, commercial properties, and outdoor environments.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, 2D/3D models, and presentations.
• Select plants, materials, lighting, and outdoor features based on project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess site conditions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand design preferences, budgets, and project goals.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and the installation team for project execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material lists, and cost estimates.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure smooth client approvals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in landscape design or architecture.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of plants, outdoor materials, and irrigation basics.
• Creative mindset with strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with villa landscaping or GCC landscape projects.
• Knowledge of local plants and climate conditions.
• Driving license (advantage).
