Landscaping Foreman/ Crew Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman to manage residential and commercial landscaping projects in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for someone who wants long-term stability and growth within a company that values hard work and performance.

This position requires both supervision and hands-on field work.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of verifiable landscaping experience
• Experience leading or supervising a crew
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
• Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards
• Perform landscape installation and maintenance (planting, sod, irrigation systems, light hardscape, etc.)
• Operate landscaping machinery and tools safely
