Landscaping Supervisor

• Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Site Management

-Supervise and manage all landscaping activities across multiple sites

-Plan daily work schedules and coordinate tasks with team members

-Ensure planting, irrigation, turfing, pruning, and hardscape works are executed as per drawings and specifications

-Monitor quality, productivity, and safety standards on all sites

-Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment

-Team & Resource Management

-Manage landscaping workers, supervisors, and support staff

-Allocate manpower efficiently based on project requirements

-Provide on-site guidance, training, and performance monitoring

-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for plants, materials, and equipment Commercial & Client Coordination

-Prepare quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per project requirements

-Suggest suitable varieties of plants and landscaping products based on client preferences, budget, and site conditions

-Coordinate with clients for approvals, site visits, and work progress

-Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding balances

-Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally

-Administration & Accounts Coordination

-Provide all necessary information and supporting documents to the Accounts department

-Assist in invoicing, payment tracking, and documentation

-Maintain records related to materials, manpower, and project progress

-Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

-Planning & Management Support

-Assist management in project planning, costing, and scheduling

-Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

-Support business operations and contribute to overall company growth

• Requirements & Qualifications

-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in landscaping supervision or operations

-Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping materials

-Experience in quotation preparation and BOQ

-Good communication and client-handling skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects and teams

-Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting)

-Valid driving license
