LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR (Agricultural Engineer) - Abu Dhabi

We are a startup agricultural services company based in Abu Dhabi, aiming to provide professional and affordable villa garden maintenance and landscaping.
We’re looking for a hands-on Agricultural Engineer to lead our operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage villa garden maintenance operations.
• Visit clients for site assessments and prepare quotations.
• Maintain gardens (initially hands-on with the team, then manage operations).
• Train and supervise maintenance workers.
• Purchase and manage materials, tools, and resources.
• Ensure high service quality and timely completion of all tasks.
• Attend daily coordination meetings (40 mins).
• Prepare weekly progress reports.
• Take on new responsibilities when needed to improve service quality and client experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of landscaping experience in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and UAE climate.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Experience maintaining villa gardens and designing simple irrigation systems.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 5,000–7,000/month (inclusive of housing & allowances).

Important Information

• Probation: 6 months.
• Daily video check-in (40 mins) for updates and coordination.
• Must be willing to work hands-on initially while building your team.
• Annual leaves outside of high season.
• Reference checks required (previous supervisors).

❌ No Agricultural Engineering degree.
❌ Prefer only a supervisory role from day one.
❌ Cannot communicate clearly in Arabic & English.
