Must know how to operate a riding lawnmower,mow grass, trimming, edging,weed eat, leaf blower, fertilize lawn . Put mulch down,plant flowers. Can drive an vehicle with trailer on the back.. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE... MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE...MUST BE OVER 18..
