Laptop Store Sales Associate / Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our laptop store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable laptops and accessories, provide basic technical support, and ensure a smooth in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs and budget
• Recommend laptops, accessories, and software based on customer requirements
• Demonstrate product features and explain specifications clearly
• Handle sales transactions, billing, and inventory updates
• Provide basic troubleshooting, software installation, and setup services
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
• Stay updated on latest laptop models, brands, and technology trends
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of laptops, hardware, and software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Basic troubleshooting and installation skills
• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in IT or related field
• Experience working in electronics or computer retail
• Familiarity with major laptop brands and operating systems

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
