Job Description:

LKP ELECTRONICS TRADING LLC is hiring a qualified and experienced Laptop Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Gulf region and a strong background in laptop repair, both hardware and software.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboards, screens, keyboards, ports, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and fix software problems, including OS installation and virus removal
• Replace and upgrade parts: RAM, SSDs, HDDs, batteries, fans, etc.
• Perform data backup, recovery, and performance tuning
• Handle BGA-level motherboard repairs (preferred)
• Maintain accurate repair logs and service records
• Provide professional customer support in both Arabic and English
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools
• Stay updated with new laptop models and repair methods

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on laptop repair experience in the Gulf
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various laptop brands
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Immediate availability preferred
