POS Field Support Executive - Dubai

• Visit 10-15 clients a day
• Provide field support on POS machines
• Install POS machines
• Maintain continuous focus on providing exceptional service to the Merchants
• Provide high quality and timely solutions to all Merchants, system installations and troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, systems conversions and upgrades.
• Thoroughly and timely document inquiries and resolutions, following standard operational procedures
• Follow up on submitted inquiries through to presentment of resolution
• Engage and coordinate with internalsupportteam to resolve query.
• System configuration, setup and testing
• Create Knowledge Base articles / technical notes as solutions are identified
• Provide training and guidance to Merchants
• Prioritize time and projects, working independently
