Laser Hair Removal Technician (3+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled professional who can independently perform laser treatments, conduct consultations, and build long-term client relationships based on trust, education, and results.

As a laser technician, your chief responsibilities include but are not limited to performing laser hair removal for our clients safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively on all skin types
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on realistic expectations and pre/post care
• Ensure proper use of laser technology and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client experience
• Support client retention through trust, consistency, and results
• Assist with social media/marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Esthetician or Nursing License (Required)
• 3–5+ years of laser hair removal experience (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of laser technology and skin types
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work Saturdays (Required)
• Previous aesthetic or med spa experience (Required)
