Located on South Lamar, Austin Lash House is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Licensed Lash Artist to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about enhancing natural beauty, creating stunning lash sets, and thriving in a supportive, modern studio environment — we’d love to meet you.

Position Details

• Part-time: ~14 hours per week

• Weekends required (option to add more days as your books fill)

• Starting pay: $20/hr + tips

• Moves to: Commission + tips once your books are full

• Trial period: Includes model lash trials to assess skill and fit

• All supplies provided

Responsibilities

• Perform lash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client comfort

• Provide additional services such as lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, or waxing as needed

• Maintain exceptional sanitation and cleanliness throughout all work areas

• Deliver personalized experiences by understanding client goals and offering expert recommendations

• Manage scheduling and appointments through GlossGenius

• Engage with clients via social media to promote services, share results, and build relationships

• Upsell retail products and aftercare items to support healthy lash retention

• Assist with front desk duties (check-in, check-out, and client inquiries) when needed

Requirements

• Active TDLR Esthetician or Cosmetology License

• Prior experience in eyelash extensions required; additional certifications preferred

• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Knowledge of salon sanitation standards and safety protocols

• Social media or marketing experience is a plus
