Responsibilities

• Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions (training available if needed)
• Provide additional lash and brow services (lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, etc.)
• Create an exceptional, welcoming experience for every client
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommended products
• Uphold salon standards for sanitation and safety
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician (as required by state regulations)
• Certification in lash extensions
• Strong attention to detail and passion for beauty
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and eager to grow
