Key Responsibilities:

Manage the execution, validation, and planning of approximately 150M monthly.

Lead the financial strategy for fleet operations aligned with cost-per-order targets.

Develop annual financial plans, forecasts, and budgets across all regions related to all operation expenses and CAPEX.

Define and develop financial KPIs and reporting cadences for operations, compensation, and overheads.

Coordinate with Finance and Operations for alignment on budgeting, spend control, and forecasts.

Build financial SLAs with all vendors to assure a smooth and accurate payment cycle.

Establish strong controls for invoice verification, payment cycles, and rider compensation processes.

Assure compliance with internal financial policies, audit requirements, and contract terms.

Monitor vendor billing accuracy, credit/debit note application, and petty cash reconciliation.

Develop mitigation plans for financial risks including overspending or inaccurate data reporting.

Lead and develop a high-performing regional P&L team and compensation function to achieve the targeted CPO.

Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and assess team development needs.

Drive cross-functional collaboration between P&L officers and operations to reduce cost leakages.

Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and proactive financial analysis.

Own the operational fleet P&L and ensure alignment with overall Last Mile Division financial objectives.

Track and report variances in budget, fuel expenses, vendor payments, and rider cost components for more than 10,000 vehicles and same quantity for riders

Analyze cost drivers and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.

Ensure proper allocation of financial responsibilities across regional teams.
Qualifications & Experience:

+4 years in financial operations, preferably within logistics, fleet, or last mile delivery.

Strong exposure to budgeting, cost control, invoice processing, and reporting.

Deep understanding of P&L structure, financial governance, and cost centers.

Familiarity with fleet-related cost drivers: fuel, maintenance, vendor payments, HR cost models.

Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations related to payroll and compensation is a plus.

High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
-
Ability to translate financial data into clear operational actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
