Job Title: Last Mile Logistics Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Last Mile Logistics Executive to oversee daily delivery operations, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain high service levels for customers and merchants. The role involves coordinating with riders, hubs, warehouses, and customer support teams to optimize delivery performance and resolve operational challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Monitor and manage daily last-mile delivery operations.

* Coordinate with riders and delivery partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

* Track shipment status and address delivery exceptions or delays.

* Manage Cash-on-Delivery (COD) reconciliation and reporting.

* Ensure accurate scanning, sorting, and dispatch of shipments.

* Work closely with hub operations teams to maintain delivery service levels.

* Optimize routes and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

**Requirements**

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.

* Strong understanding of last-mile delivery and courier operations.

* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics management systems.

* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
